"Ok, so I got Ady to sleep, put on frozen, get in the shower. Come out of the shower and see Capri standing by the entertainment unit, eating something (I didn't leave her with a snack). So I ask her what she's doing, she jumps, and turns on the brightest smile and waves, "hi mommy" I come out and realize I had left the fridge unlocked. I open it and find a snack baggie of grapes open but on the very bottom ledge of the fridge (not on a shelf or anything) she had been sneaking one at a time out of the fridge while I was in the shower. Ha!"
My daughter is just two years old. Hearing this story makes me wonder, what is in her milk? Where did she learn this stuff?!
Parenthood brings a level of surprises that puts George R.R. Martin to shame.
Anyway, I really wanted to share this just so I don't ever forget the laughter my family provides for me.
